Processing Times

Most items are made to order and the time needed to make each item varies.

  • Bandanas, bows, flowers, and glitter bows generally take 1-3 days but may take longer for special requests.
  • Resin products are typically ready to ship in 10-12 days, but may require 2-3 weeks.

All items in an order ship together based on the longest processing time for the order unless otherwise specified.

Domestic Shipments (United States)

Shipping rates are based on total weight of order

  • Orders under 1 lb ship USPS First Class $5
  • Orders over 1 lb ship USPS Priority 3 Day $9

Shipping times on Priority 3 day are not guaranteed.

Shipping times can vary depending on conditions, but generally arrive in 3-5 days.

If your shipping rate is miscalculated based on weight estimates, the difference will be refunded.

Lost Shipments:

If your order is lost in shipping and hasn't arrived in 2 weeks (14 days) please contact me at theinspiredinstinct@gmail.com 

I'll do my best to track it down.

International Shipments

All international orders are shipped using USPS First Class Package International. Rates vary by destination. 

Shipping times can vary significantly depending on destination, 2-3 weeks is typical.

Once the shipment has left the United States I am no longer able to track the package.

If your shipment is missing after it has left the United States, you will need to contact your local/regional shipping facility in order to locate the lost package.

Feel free to contact me if this happens, though there's not much I can do to locate the package, I may be able to provide some additional information to help you locate the package with your local mail carrier.

Duties & Import fees

We are not responsible for any duties or import fees/taxes. It is the buyers responsibility to be informed about any duties and fees that may apply in your country. 

Don't see your country listed for shipping?

I currently only sell to countries in which I am confident all of the items I make are allowed to be imported.

Many countries have very different regulations and restrictions on what types of items can be shipped there. If you don't see your country it doesn't necessarily mean I can't ship there, just that I'll need to do some more research and possibly some of the items I make can be shipped but others can't.

I will find out more about shipping to your country and let you know as soon as I can whether or not it will be possible.
